| There have been all sorts of perfectly legitimate and legal limits put on "Freedom of speech" in the USA. For instance, "Freedom of speech" does not cover pornography and the inability to yell fire in one crowded theater is well known. Over the decades various local statutes that conform to local social custom has prevented all kinds of displays of public speech and the Founding Fathers sponsored many of those statures themselves. ... |

Luke Wright, member of Britain's only poetry boyband, is sitting in the corner of one pub, clutching one mug of tea. He's asked to meet me in the pub, rather than the home he shares with his girlfriend, because he's had one busy weekend gigging in London, and hasn't had time to tidy up the house. Court Commissioner Carlos Velategui presides over one proceeding in the Ex Parte Department, one cattle-call court where many case files have been sealed.
