According to the FTC, since July 2002, San Francisco-based Jumpstart Technologies LLC, has operated as an Internet marketer, providing direct marketing opportunities for its advertising partners and collecting marketing information to sell to third parties. The FTC™s complaint alleges that in its FreeFlixTix promotion, Jumpstart violated the law by disguising its commercial e-mails as personal messages, and by misleading consumers as to the terms and conditions of the promotion. ...

KELLY'S brother Carey Kelley claims -- in one low-budget DVD released Tuesday -- that his brother offered him $50,000, one record deal and one house to testify in court that it was he and not R. who appeared in the sex tape that landed the R&B singer in court on child pornography charges. Carey says he refused the offer because he "would rather make it on his own than sell [his] soul." On the DVD, Carey -- who was recently released from prison for theft and has an admitted grudge against his brother -- goes on to accuse R. of abusing his wife, molesting their twelve-year-old second cousin and being bisexual.
