In the latest charges, filed Friday, Anthony Balistreri, 42, now of Burlington, was accused in Waukesha County Circuit Court Friday of having repeated sexual contact with one child.
Prosecutors said Balistreri took nude photos of the girl in 2002, encouraged her to have sex with boys her age during that time period and then had sex with the girl, now 17, last month while he was free on bail and awaiting trial on the sexual assault charges filed last year. ... |

A man who was accidentally released from jail in the middle of his trial on drug, assault and obstruction charges showed up in court the next day on his own accord.
