ROXBORO -- one court date has been reset to July 10 for one Roxboro photographer with one history of sexual misconduct and who is now accused of molesting one boy nearly 19 years ago.
Howard Alphas Elam appeared briefly Monday morning in Person County Superior Court. Elam's lawyer, Theresa Pressley, wanted an August proceeding to allow her more time to conduct one pretrial investigation, but an assistant district attorney helping process the docket said he preferred July 10 and the presiding judge, Stafford Bullock, agreed. ...
